How we handle personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Luxembourg data protection law of 1 August 2018.
Data controller
The data controller for any personal data processed in connection with this site is Noah Schartz Forte, operating as SchartzForte, 2, op Tomm, L-7481 Tuntange, Luxembourg. Contact: noah@schartzforte.lu.
What data we collect
This site collects no personal data through forms, accounts, or trackers. There are no contact forms, no analytics scripts, no third-party tracking pixels, and no cookies set by the site itself.
The only personal data processed in connection with this site is:
- Email correspondence you choose to send (to noah@schartzforte.lu, via mailto link or otherwise). Contents: whatever you write. Purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Booking data when you schedule a consultation via Cal.com (cal.com/schartzforte/intro-call). Cal.com is a separate data controller for that transaction; see Cal.com's own privacy policy.
- Server logs automatically collected by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., when you visit the site — typically IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Purpose: site operation, security, and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: per Vercel's own retention policy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. If Vercel or any embedded third-party service sets technical cookies, they are strictly necessary for service delivery and do not require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as transposed in Luxembourg.

Personal data is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The only recipients are:
- Vercel Inc. (hosting infrastructure)

International transfers
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers of personal data to Vercel are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Email correspondence is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the legal limitation period applicable in Luxembourg (typically up to ten years for commercial records, three years for general civil claims). Server logs are retained per Vercel's policy. If no commercial relationship is established, your email is deleted within twelve months of last contact.
