The business is not currently registered with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) Luxembourg, and no autorisation d'établissement has been issued by the Ministère de l'Économie. Registration is planned; this notice will be updated once it is complete.

VAT (TVA)

SchartzForte's turnover is below the small-business threshold set by Article 57 of the Luxembourg VAT law (loi modifiée du 12 février 1979 concernant la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée). Under this small-business exemption regime (franchise des petites entreprises), no VAT (TVA) is charged on invoices, no VAT is recoverable on purchases, and no VAT identification number is held.
